About This SaReGaMaPa Lil Champs Season 2 Show

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Keralam Li'l Champs Season 2 is a flagship music reality show that scouts and nurtures young singing talent aged between 5 and 14 from across Kerala and beyond. Contestants are tested through diverse musical genres—ranging from classical compositions and evergreen Malayalam golden hits to high-energy folk tunes and contemporary film soundtracks. The young participants are evaluated under a strict grading system by a Grand Jury of playback singers alongside a permanent celebrity judge panel, which provides hands-on vocal training, stagecraft mentorship, and constructive feedback to refine their performance skills across progressive knockout rounds.
Hosted by Jeeva Joseph, the show balances competitive musical showcases with lively studio banter, emotional backstories, and spontaneous performances. Family interactions, lighthearted ribbing among judges, and impromptu duets create an engaging weekend prime-time atmosphere. Special themed episodes—featuring veteran music directors, playback legends, and festival celebrations—provide the children with once-in-a-lifetime exposure, culminating in an intense grand finale where the top finalists compete for the coveted championship title and scholarship rewards.
