About This KrishnaGadha Serial

KrishnaGadha (the official Malayalam adaptation of Zee Telugu's Kalyana Vaibhogam) revolves around identical twin sisters, Krishna and Gadha (both portrayed by Anjali), who are separated at birth and raised in starkly contrasting environments. The core conflict ignites when Gadha is arranged to marry Naveen Varma (Sreejith Vijay), a scion belonging to an affluent family plagued by a deadly ancestral curse predicting that the first wife of the heir will meet an untimely, tragic death. Unwilling to let her sister face such doom—and trapped by a calculated scheme to use one twin as a sacrificial pawn—Krishna steps in, disguising herself as Gadha to marry Naveen and bear the ominous fate in her sister’s place.
Living under a borrowed identity, Krishna enters the Varma household only to uncover a sinister web of hidden agendas, domestic conspiracies, and manipulative elders like Sithara Sreenivas (Kavitha Nair). As genuine feelings begin to blossom between Krishna and Naveen, the looming threat of the family curse and the eventual return of Gadha amplify the emotional stakes. Caught between immense personal sacrifice, the peril of discovery, and the fight to alter an inescapable destiny, Krishna must navigate perilous household politics to protect her sister and secure true love.
